We are seeking an experienced professional recruiter that will search for talent and take the time to look for individuals who have a heart for customer service, a promise of employee contribution, and the potential to grow with our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong staffing and brand building background with the ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants coming into our facility to apply for work. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Recruiting Manager will exceptionally lead, and manage all recruiting and community networking relations for our 2 Customer Service Centers located in Greeley. This individual will be responsible for providing world class scouting and staffing functions, deliver high volume and quality candidates, maintain an active pipeline of candidates, perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, associations and the community at-large.* Partner with leadership to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies. * Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified leads. * Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit the very best candidates. * Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. * Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-art responsibilities assigned to this position.
