Reporting to the Classified Manager, the Recruitment Advertising Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a group of recruitment advertising account executives. Our ideal candidate will have a B.A. degree in marketing or advertising and extensive newspaper experience in developing, implementing and executing successful sales strategies. We seek candidates who have had proven media sales and sales management successes in competitive markets and possess the creativity, experience, and ability to develop, motivate, and train sales people. Candidates must also have recruitment advertising sales experience, including a strong online background.
