RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for timely employment and placement of quality new hires and internal candidates for scheduled and exempt positions in a cost effective manner to meet operational demands and objectives. Activities include: recruiting, interviewing, and selection of scheduled and exempt candidates for hire and promotion. Researches and responds to numerous complex exempt and scheduled health and welfare benefits plan questions and problems. Prepares materials and presents training to diverse employee groups on various human resources and benefits topics. Provides proactive labor relations support and serves as an adjunct to the Labor Relations function. Must investigate and respond to all complaints for the area. Multi task, fast pace environment. Travel (approximately 20%) is required. This position will have multi-division responsibilities.
