Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Relations, Industrial Relations or other Human Resources disciplines. - Minimum 8 years Human Resources experience including employee relations. Desired - Masters degree in related field. - Strong analytical and influencing skills, project management and process skills. - Strategic thinker. - Outstanding communication, teaming and interpersonal skills
