Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning solutions Manage the development of leadership, managerial and employee training programs with the help of three training consultants Partner and consult with all Church departments to identify and meet their highest priority learning and employee development issues and needs, requiring an understanding of the current and future state of their people development needs Meet the needs of Church employees through a multi-faceted approach which is innovative and scalable Prioritize the multiple training requests and proactively create a meaningful roadmap of deliverables agreed to by leadership Proactively identify, manage and evaluate vendors to develop and deliver global and scalable learning solutions Design and manage an on-going assessment strategy with solid metrics to accurately measure learning impact to the business Identify/develop content, design and implement E-learning methodologies including appropriate strategies for implementation into overall training curriculum and the use of state-of-the-art technology.
