Responsibilities: Design all executive compensation and equity practices Manage merit analysis, recommendations and administration Lead research, development and administration of compensation programs; monitor success Analyze market surveys to identify industry trends Work with HR Partners and managers on internal and market adjustments Understand business needs and apply effective HR strategies Revise compensation programs and policies based upon analysis Maintain knowledge of current practices and trends through continuing education, seminars and knowledge-exchange forums Maintain attention to detail and accuracy Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws Some travel may be required Performance Metrics: Meet time and cost targets for all projects Effective collaboration with key stakeholders Requirements: CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION Basic Requirements: · A minimum of seven years compensation experience in executive plans, merit and short & long term incentive plans required Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and business processes · Demonstrated knowledge of executive compensation and process design.
