Responsibilities will include the management of transportation safety policy and programs, data analysis, systems evaluation, and working along side nationally renowned experts in achieving the firm\'s strategic safety initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s Degree in civil engineering or related field, a Master\'s Degree is preferred; 7 years of experience in the management and development of transportation safety plans; experience in the identification and application of transportation safety countermeasures and strategies; experience in the development of transportation plans and programs; excellent communication and management skills to support public agency coordination and development of public policy; familiarity with crash data systems and experience in the use of crash data in the analysis of crash causation factors.
