Job Description:
The Director of Finance will be deeply involved with creating financial models to manage diverse aspects of the business, preparing reports to suppliers, investors and management and supervising all areas related to the company\'s finances. Job Requirements: Conduct general financial planning Monitor compliance with accounting standards Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly basis and submit reports Management Monitor financial activities; conduct monthly comparison to budget Serve as a point of contact with the auditor and annual financial audit Cash flow planning, forecasting and control Monitor investments and recommend investment strategy Prepare and oversee financial policies and procedures to insure internal controls are in place Creating Models to forecast and analyze business results Oversee financial and accounting systems Oversee risk management Ensure that tax returns are prepared and filed in accordance with legal requirements Prepare ad hoc cost and financial analyses at the direction of Management Assist in resolving accounting and financial problems and/or issues Collaborate with other senior managers in the development and implementation of organizational strategyMinimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Full control of Excel for modeling purposes Must have entertainment experience Demonstrated smarts and initiative a must. BA required in Finance or AccountingKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Highly familiar with; financial statements, credit filings, commercial loans, compliance, reporting, interest calculations, various currency, borrowing schedules.
