Manage all aspects of the branch sales and operations to assure that agreed upon goals and objectives (short and long range) are met. Develop and maintain small business relationships. Facilitate the development of Consumer, Mortgage, Trust, Investment and Commercial Banking relationships. Overall management responsibility for branch staff. Also expected to promote Regions Financial Corporation through involvement in local community and civic organizations. Minimum of two years sales management experience in a financial environment. Life Insurance License preferred. Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability. Broad knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of credit products and procedures to successfully utilize credit authority.
