Assist in ensuring that the Financial Center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Acts as the Financial Center Manager in absence of the work in a fast paced environment. An will function as a liaison among Financial Center personnel, head office, and operational support departments. This position ensures that operational integrity is not compromised. The will serve as a hands-on trainer for operational policy and procedures. Additionally, the will serve as an integral member of the sales team and is also a leader in sales; primarily loan related products and services. Directs and oversees floor management activities.
