Job Description:
Achieves reconciliation requirements by assisting tellers in resolution of balancing problems; follows up with counseling and/or other corrective actions as required by bank policy Performs teller duties as required ensuring excellent customer service Communicates appropriate information to tellers ensuring comprehension and proper application of all policies, procedures, etc. Identifies and proactively deals with all issues/problems that may arise within the teller line Monitors and controls all detail responsibilities performed by tellers; delegates duties to maximize branch efficiency and enhance customer service Ensures all vault and teller cash is audited; maintains a written and signed record of each audit; prepares necessary reports for the Branch Manager Ensures appearance standards of all tellers and their work areas are met and maintained; areas must be neat, well-organized and in accordance with bank policy Understands, adheres to and enforces all applicable performance guidelines, including, but not limited to: balancing standards, check cashing standards, dualcontrol policies, security procedures, compliance regulations, as well as any and all other current guidelines, rules or operating standards Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year as a Senior Teller with TIB or a like position with another financial institution Supervisory experience preferred.
