Key Accountabilities: -Provide coaching to team to listen to customers and to provide advice around the customers immediate need as well as any other needs that may be uncovered during the transaction -Engage in sales management routines to enhance the overall effectiveness of the staff in meeting customer needs -Conduct daily routines which include: - Observe the team in action (Joint Selling), daily conversations about successes (Rounds), and weekly goal setting sessions to provide focus and direction -Mentor new tellers -Support the Manager with the Banking Center sales & market planning and act in their place during absences -Act as a change leader by ensuring team is kept up to date with changes within RBC Bank and its affiliates -Act as the anchor for day to day operational functions, ensuring the banking center operates in an efficient manner.
