As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a retail bank office responsible for generating revenue and fee income through promoting deposit and lending products of the bank and business referrals to other banking units. Oversees the safe and efficient operation of the retail office to ensure compliance with applicable bank policies and procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and regulatory compliance programs. Plans and develops business development programs and represents the bank in community activities. Provides overall management and leadership to office staff to meet established financial goals and maximize retail office profitability. Manages human resources by conducting regular meetings with employees to discuss customer service, sales and activities that promote products and services. Provides customer service, product knowledge and sales training for retail office staff. Directs performance management process through coaching, counseling and the performance appraisal process.
