Ensure implementation of AutoNation best practice methods of marketing and merchandising used vehicles. oMonitor compliance with reconditioning standards and work with Region/Market Fixed Ops Directors to improve communication and coordination between fixed ops and used vehicle departments. oIdentify and evaluate used vehicle personnel, performance and operational issues to management as needed. oAssist in the identification and recruitment of used vehicle dealership management as needed. oGenerate and analyze reports regarding used vehicle performance against targets and previous year. oAssist stores in developing action plans for improvement of results.
