We are seeking two Mechanical Engineers for a Supervisory role in a Manufacturing setting located in Shelbyville, IL. Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Function as a technical expert in the Operation of Machinery

•Provide Leadership for up to 18 maintenance staff

•Working 6:30am to 4pm + any “push” hours when necessary

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

•3+ years manufacturing environment experience

•A Degree in Mechanical Engineering

•Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
