Inbound customer service center positions- Full time!
Day shift- NO WEEKENDS!

Our Account Representatives receive billing related calls from customers of National companies in order to process payments, set up payment plans on past due accounts, handle billing issues/inquiries, and general customer service.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and basic computer skills are required and familiarity with Windows is also needed. Previous experience not required!! We provide paid training!
Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or higher, basic PC skills, strong listening and communication skills. Previous customer service center experience is a plus but not required! ANY customer service experience including retail, food service, administrative and others acceptable!
For those who join us at our Southpointe office (just 10 minutes south of the I-79 / Parkway interchange), we offer $9.50/hr. start + up to $400/mo. incentive pay, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off, and much more!
Schedule:
10:30am-7:00pm Monday thru Friday
NO WEEKENDS
