Make recommendations around the best use and application of technology as part of both the design and development of training programs as well as their creation and delivery * Translate business needs into deliverable action plans, taking accountability for plan delivery * Maintain and leverage industry knowledge and network(s) to provide 'best practice' and benchmarking resources * Design and develop the best methodologies for training delivery (E.g., stand up, web-based/on-line, multimedia and written materials) * Assess performance development needs and analyze content for alignment * Provide editorial leadership and guidance for Performance Development and Guest Experience presentations and materials * Apply strong familiarity in graphic design and multimedia (video, etc) to maximize effectiveness of materials * Provide guidance to end users on developing training strategies and best use of materialsEducation and Experience: * Bachelors degree or equivalent education, and 10 or more years relevant work experience Skills and Qualifications: * Experience in Training and Development including: Adult learner methodology; up to date training methods; and job/task analysis.
