Job Description:
Citizen Major Duties:Serve as principle civilian responsible for implementing training, operations, structure & mobilization planning for a command which reports directly to evelop, implement, & appraise plans & schedules for Command Training Program. Program includes annual training, inactive duty training, field training, staff training, active duty for training & other missions as necessary. Establish/recommend near/long term training plans. Review & approve or disapproves training plans of subordinate elements. Inspect training schedules, training objectives, & methods of instruction for quality & overall effectiveness. Serve as technical advisor on training within Command. Establish & implement security procedures for Command & assures compliance with directives & guidance from higher headquarters. Provides input to decentralized budget. Exercise supervision over daily activities of full-time staff. Plan/Assign work. Interview candidates for positions. Hear/resolve complaints from employees. Must be new hire to Federal Government or have a break in service from Federal Government. Must incur two year obligation within Department of Defense. Must start on or beforeruitment bonus.
