Job Description:
New Account Specialists, or new Banking Officers. - Assist in new hire training. - Assist in training new banking center programs. - Facilitate quarterly workshops or special workshops as assigned. - Assist with the on-the-job trainer program. - Assist in maintaining handouts and training department records. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Experience: - Knowledge of computer programs in use at Republic Bank preferred. - Working knowledge of Word and Excel required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills required. - Republic Bank experience or knowledge of Republic Bank lending procedures preferred. - Strong organizational skills required - Excellent attendance record required. - Classroom training experience preferred. - Republic Bank lending, or other supervisory experience preferred. - Knowledge of GroupWise preferred.
