As a Senior Trainer, you will need to be a role model and grounded in living the T-Mobile values and demonstrate the behaviors that are the foundation for sustaining a healthy, high-performing culture at T-Mobile Success will be the result of this position à šÂ¬Ã žÂ s ability to: Meet and exceed all of the evaluative and diagnostic measurements Create a learning environment positioned to grow the skill set of learners that will transfer to the workplace Deliver training courses that meet the needs of customers and yield outstanding results Establish continuous communication with partners that builds trust, partnership, collaboration, and commitment to support business results Achieve and maintain a significant level of knowledge of business operations, processes, methods, procedures, and initial continuing education training content Assist Training Manager in maintaining proper reporting and tracking of department Partner with Training Manager to ensure skill application and conduct training program ROI. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate, deliver, or otherwise identify training opportunities that meet the needs of the business. Deliver technical/job skills new hire and continuing education training.
