Job Description:
Processes quality review of functions within all workflows. Within established guidelines, provides immediate and accurate verbal and/or written feedback to representatives regarding workflow errors in order to minimize financial risk to the organization and to the shareholder.* Takes the lead and complete training of new hires within the department in addition to cross-training, contingency training and function certification of all associates in Accurately perform the duties of a Associate as needed (% of time may increase to 15% - 25% if determined by business need)* Prepares daily and monthly quality reports by representative, function and department, used to provide feedback and for analyzing information and identifying training needs.* Assists in determining training/coaching needs, developing training outlines, scheduling and conducting training classes and coaching sessions. Participates on other quality-related task forces/teams and coaching that improve overall quality and productivity.
