Coordination and conduction of classes in areas of expertise that promote skill development company wide.-Maintenance of the Standards Manual.-Facilitation of efficient transfer of data/information between departments, offices, and field personnel. -Experience in engineering/design, including familiarity with basic terms, procedures, processes.-A working knowledge of mathematics and Microsoft Office products.-Must feel comfortable teaching in a classroom environment and be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. -Travel to other offices several days out of the month is required. -The company offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including a generous matching 401(k) plan.
