Duties include trouble shooting and maintenance of Public Safety software, technical support and configuration. Maintenance and system administration duties relating to experience desired (installation, configuration, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting). This position is for an on-site Resident Engineer Position to support the Company Computer Aided Dispatch suite. Under minimum supervision, applies diversified knowledge of hardware and/or software engineering principles and practices in the area of system integration. Able to work independently and able to maintain, troubleshoot and help users with the System and interfaces.
