Acts as a liaison between various customers and the company. Requirements: Degree desired, but not required if candidate has equivalent years of experience in Public Safety or related field. experience desired (installation, configuration, and maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting). This position is for an on-site Resident Engineer Position to support the Company Computer Aided Dispatch product suite.
