Our principal offices are located in Alexandria Virginia and in Huntsville Alabama FPMI is seeking an experiencederatorEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Develops Statements of Work dependent Government Estimated project procedures, to ensure on-time delivery, within Project budget. Assists in the development of drawings involving: architectural layouts, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, schematic/drawings and design development. Produces and reads gs. Use plotter and color printer to produce accurate scaled drawings and maps depicting real property and landscape. Utilizes Computer Aided Facility Managementem to retrieve, track and document work performance. Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned segments or total portions of the overall plan. Recommends design changes to correct reported deficiencies or to meet installation requirements. Coordinates with engineering personne.
