This person will be relied upon to produce value-added analysis, make recommendations for action, and help drive the appropriate follow through. As part of the business support role this person will be asked to participate in the establishment of new operational measures and the competitive benchmarking of those measures. In addition this person is required to help drive efficient internal processes and improve the accessibility of management information. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibit influence and relationship building skills, and posses proven project management capability. This position will manage projects of various scope and complexity, assuming complete ownership for managing them effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Support the development and coordinate the production of the ongoing measurement and analysis of business performance utilizing BPM in support of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Provide in depth analysis of focus areas as identified by senior management to gain insight and understanding of the drivers of performance and behaviors of the business measures.
