Job Description:


Calculate monthly performance numbers for investment partnerships, reconciling positions between internal systems and external reporting; maintain general ledge and management fee schedules. Coordinate with the auditors on the review and audit of the financials, tracking book and tax-basis capital accounts for investors. Oversee, implement and modify financial, tax, and accounting policies and procedures firm wide. Provide project management, financial, business and technical expertise to facilitate timely generation and distribution of financial and management reports. Handle the management company's corporate accounting that oversees the investment funds, month-end close, general ledger, cash disbursements, and quarter-end reporting. Prepare the budgeting and financial planning process. Manage the finances of the firm by maintaining good relations with our corporate banker. Track and report liquidity to senior management. Work closely with external constituencies and represent the firm to these constituents. Included among these are fund investors (limited partners), outside service providers, and landlord.
