Job Description:
Manage resourcing requests across clinical monitoring for proposed and awarded work. Review resourcing requests and utilize appropriate database to identify, propose, and manage resource assignments. Manage the reporting, tracking and management of resourcing tools and techniques for monitoring resources. Conduct weekly resourcing teleconferences across region and discuss resourcing needs, proposed resource assignments, and resource availability. Evaluate processes and systems for inefficiencies and devise strategies for efficient resource sharing and assignment as needed to meet internal and external customer needs; establish priorities and ensure all related tasks are completed to continually manage the dynamic needs and improvements of the area. Identify and track clinical resourcing metrics as a benchmark and identify process improvements to improve metrics status. Manage customer expectations and relationships through effective and timely communication across the organization. May supervise a team of support level resourcing staff. Serve on unit or corporate task forces as needed. regulations, National and International Regulations and Drug Development process Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and use of a laptop computer Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
