Our Clinical Project Management team is committed to the highest quality standardsAs an Project Manager, you will manage international clinical projects for multiple clients with total responsibility for revenues of $2.5 to 3M annually. Responsibilities for our Project Manager include: Responsibility for the successful completion of assigned clinical projects Serving as the project lead for key business development opportunities, including the preparation and delivery of client presentation Establishing excellent working relationships with client project teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence Defining and managing project resource needs to ensure on time and on budget deliverables for assigned projects Providing ongoing leadership and performance feedback to project team members Ensuring the successful design, implementation, tracking and revisions of project plans Job Requirements: The minimum education, experience and qualifications for the Project Manager position include: A University/College degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession (e.g. nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology) Minimum 5 years clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or Demonstrated ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff within a matrix environment Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including overnight stays Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to manage resources effectively Financial awareness and ability to actively manage financial tracking systems Ability to work effectively and negotiate with clients in a professional manner Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment At Covance, we help make the miracles of medicine a reality.
