Job Description:
Partner with the Clinical Operations Leadership team, senior management and the Recruitment function in order to deliver against the plan. Develop the strategy for resourcing across clinical monitoring and the effective implementation and ongoing use of resource allocation models. Direct and manage the reporting, tracking and management of resourcing tools and techniques for monitoring resources. Supervise a team of professional and support level resourcing staff. Develop and lead the process and policies that govern resourcing in . Ensure that quality, timeliness and consistency of approach are applied across . Develop and implement QC assessment and procedures. May serve as regional clinical operations representative on company-wide task force. Lead and direct staff in accordance with organizations policies and applicable regulations, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.
