BASIC REQUIREMENT, applicant must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level or next lower pay band in the Federal service and is further defined as being responsible for the development & implementation of the vision, mission, and direction of the organization by leading & managing an inclusive, diverse workforce. Knowledge of water resources planning principles and policies. Ability to monitor available funding to assure adequacy for work on specific investigations and assure most effective utilization of available manpower and resources.
