Job Description:
Develops and provides input to organizational planning and program documents by determining manpower, time, and material costs. Directs staff in performing work; assigns projects and tasks, identifies potential problems; designates responsibility based on capabilities and program objectives. Establishes/monitors schedules and priorities; interprets technical policy, procedures, and regulations; provides technical and administrative advice to resolve problems. Directs civil engineering and site development designs on major projects, such as Army Range Modernization Program, Chemical Demilitarization Program, Unexploded Ordnance Program, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Environmental Restoration Program, Ballistic Missile Defense Systems, and Medical Acquisition Program. Reviews reports, letters, etc., relating to operations of assigned segment; corrects deficiencies.
