POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. Masters preferred. Proficient in MS Office including Excel. Deltek CostPoint and Microframe program manager training/experience in aerospace defense field desired. Minimum 5 years experience within a defense contract environment must include: Financial Management/Supervisory experience DCAA and EAC experience Understanding of financial forecasting processes in complex organizational setting Understanding of aerospace/defense business finance Understanding of revenue recognition criteria for various contract types Understanding of project and end-position accounting Understanding of cost structures - value-add, total cost, indirect rates, direct rates Understanding of cash flow variables and impacts - contract schedules, milestone billings/forecasts and balance sheet flows.
