Description: The Chief Financial Officer is directly responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for overall fiscal operations, investment management of endowment and current fund assets, fundraising administration, establishment of long-range financial and business goals and strategic plans, and the management of information systems and facilities. The CFO partners with the CEO and works collaboratively with all members of the senior management team. The incumbent directly assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on all strategic matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing of new businesses. The CFO is responsible for overseeing all the fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities of the organization, in conjunction with the Board of Directors and finance, audit, investment, risk management and budget committees of the Board.
