Reporting to the Director, Office of Financial Analysis, the General Manager will directly oversee financial analysis staff and assist the Director in managing and carrying out the objectives of the Office of Financial Analysis in providing services within the agency. The General Manager will work with the line businesses on all aspects of new business ventures and lease arrangements. identify areas of opportunity within the respective business segments Provide financial expertise in the initial planning stages of business initiatives. Projects, and negotiations by analyzing assumptions, revenue implications, and operational impacts. Identify and resolve all financial issues before final business proposals move forward for approval by the Executive Director to the Board of Commissioners.
