Work with Operations to develop long term sourcing and supplier strategies, strengthening supply chain structure and creating benefits in costs, inventory and contractual obligations; Assure adequate controls, process, compliance and testing exist in all aspects of development process; Develop and maintain a self-perpetuating Finance organization including the import/export of talent; Create process improvements driving value into the organization through shorter financial cycle times and enhanced reliability of reporting, forecasting and analytics; Benchmark affiliates, market and competitors to develop best-in-class approaches for Finance and organizations; Work with Financial counterparts to identifying and implement annual cost savings that more than offset the annual cost increases of the Finance organization; Incumbent will lead an in addition to being an overall Finance leader for the entire Finance organization.
