Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead people and processes regarding large strategic investments. Work closely with enterprise to understand key business issues and translate them into financial models and metrics. Research and stay informed of industry, corporate, and customer drivers to leverage in company valuation. Actively select and apply advanced financial theory, strategic frameworks and decision theory to perform analysis and develop comprehensive financial models. Influence and guide executive decision-making through logical presentation, argumentation and defense in order to optimize company value and risk-return profile. Provide coaching to all levels of the organization. Provide quality assurance and control on financial analysis. Help guide FP&A team development and alignment by enabling best practices. Utilize leadership competencies to build teams and vision for the company, display executive maturity, foster enterprise reliability, and lead change in ambiguous situations Functional/Technical Skills: This position requires a solid analytical foundation.
