Job Description:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent coaching and facilitation skills. Responsible for: Work with Business Directors to develop, communicate and implement business plans to meet short and long term business needs. Communicate business results to the Business Teams. Champion and implement change projects and processes that support continuous improvement. Maintain aggressive cost reduction and technical productivity programs to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the businesses. Provide leadership to set standards and expectations for the Plant and Department that promote teamwork, trust, ownership, excellence, creativity, innovation and growth. Ensure roles and responsibilities are understood by all unit employees and that alluirements and projects are implemented. Additionally, ensure that allidents are reported in a timely manner, investigated and corrective action is taken in order to continuously improve the ocess. Ensure that employees understand and comply with aulations, in addition to unit and plant procedures, and corporate guidelines. Plan and implement systems & programs to preserve capital assets and effectively manage working capital. As a Site Leadership Team Member, act as a change-agent and champion site initiatives that support the long-term viability of the site and its respective businesses.
