A thorough understanding of strategic and tactical business plans and the human resource implications of those plans are essential. This position works with senior management on issues related to change management and organizational design and development and plays a leading role in the application of innovative policies, programs and support systems.This position requires strong relationship-building skills and deep expertise in all areas of Human Resources especially compensation and organizational assessment and development. The successful candidate is expected to play a proactive and visible role in the organization.1. Lead, develop and motivate a Human Resources team (staff of approx. 20+) for the matrixedclient division.2. Act as strategic member of the or Management Team; align the development and implementation of HR programs and processes and facilitate decision making for critical human capital initiatives (i.e. talent acquisition, development and retention).3. Provides consultative advice to management regarding the execution of business strategy and participates in enterprise-wide, human resources initiatives.4. Identifies opportunities and creates solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.5. Develops and executes communication strategies and processes that support and/or drive change management and continuous improvement techniques.6. Leverages technology to support the HR information needs of Managers.
