Job Description:
Ensure existing programs are enhanced and executed with excellence; training records and global training budgets are tracked and reported. Lead annual Global Needs Analysis process; partner with executive and senior leaders, and the globommunity to identify, recommend and develop programs that support the achievement of the company's aspiration and . Provide expert input and guidance to Wrigley Corporate Colleges and Academies, ensuring quality of learning frameworks, materials and outcomes. Lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of Wrigley's e-learning capabilities; in close liaison with IT, regiona and functional training teams. Work in tandem with Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development and Organisation Efficiency & Performance Director to provide expert facilitation and consultation to functions/global teams that require support with organisation structure/restructure, process improvement, culture change, team building or other organisational development issues.
