Along with district and store management, handles employee relations, management recruiting and development, new/relocated store staffing, legal compliance, and management skills training. Experience must include recruiting/staffing, training delivery, employee relations and employment law. Experience in labor relations and discrimination charge investigations preferred.Position RequirementsThree-(3) years progressive HR experience in a multi unit environment (5 years without a degree) is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization, platform skills for training delivery and group presentations, good organization and planning skills, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
