This position is responsible for (1) planning, developing, and implementing the overall wage and salary administration program for the Hospital: (2) developing and implementing processes designed to ensure that the competence of all staff members is assessed, maintained, improved and demonstrated throughtout their employment with the institution; (3 managing and maintaining the overall performance through the Lawson HRIS (4) ensuring standards regarding specific competencies are appropriately captured in job descriptions and other duties related to this position. Minimum Requirements : BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field is preferred plus three years of management or executive levle experience in compensation.
