RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages department employees:A. Manages the staffing, performance plans and salary administration for the department employees. B. Allocates and reviews work, provides training, works with staff to set and achieve objectives, and guides and advises subordinates for individual development. C. Motivates the employees in the area through decisions regarding pay, placement, and promotions.D. Measures the departments employees by establishing performance standards and comparing actual performance against those standards.Establish a strategic partnership with each division/affiliate within a region and work collaboratively to develop a recruitment strategy/staffing plan that meets their individual needs. Assesses and recommends innovative and creative recruiting methods that meet the needs of the region. Develops, in conjunction with the Employment Process Manager, quantitative/qualitative measurement standards to establish performance standards for all recruiters. Educate and train new recruiters within the region on the established recruitment process, policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains vendor relationships. Assess possible outsourcing opportunities that will enhance recruiting effectiveness. Perform necessary cost benefit analysis to determine feasibility. Manage all relationships with current external vendors. Execute and oversee college-recruiting efforts within region in coordination with Campus Recruiting Manager.
