Job Description:
The Supervisor of Pharmacy is also responsible for assuring that all of the day-to-day activities for the provision of pharmaceutical care at their campus are carried out in full accordance with all Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. The Supervisor of Pharmacy assists the Director of Pharmacy in the input of orders, supervision of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs and control of all clinical activities of the Pharmacy Department in support of the goals and objectives of their facility and CHW's mission and vision. Job Requirements Education, training, experience: EXPERIENCE A minimum of five years as a hospital pharmacist, with at least two years of experience in either leadership or supervisory capacity is strongly preferred. EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
