Job Description:
The Tax Director will be responsible for 109 calculations, preparation and filing of consolidated corporate income tax return and all state income tax returns, preparation of tax provisions, preparation and filing of quarterly tax payments and research and respond to federal, state, local and foreign tax notices. The Tax Director will be also responsible for building a staff, identifying out-souring options and will assist with various special projects on an ad-hoc basis. Qualified candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Masters in Taxation is preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience with strong exposure to International taxation guidelines.
