OPERATIONS OFFICE1. Provide post-event support in the form of resources from the Improvement Operations Office to assure that activities are accomplished to bring closure to the event.3. Assist in providing training for employees in the various Units.4. Supervise the activities of the Improvement Operations staff, which varies as employees are deployed to and from the Improvement Operations Office.GENERAL FACILITY SUPPORT FUNCTIONS1. Maintain the facility forklift fleet that supports all of the Units within the facility. Assure that equipment is maintained and repaired. Work with Supervisors to assure that employees are properly trained and licensed.2. Prioritize the maintenance resources that support the facility, weighing competing Unit demands and resource availability.3. Assure facility compliance to governmental and corporate environmental requirements. Maintain record keeping as required.QUALITY ASSURANCE FUNCTION1. Provide administrative support for ongoing ISO facility certification maintenance requirements.2. Provide quality assurance support where applicable to common units.3. Develop, implement and coordinate product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products.
