Job Description:
The qualified candidate will manage and oversee the manufacturing activities at contract manufacturing organizations and coordinates the production of the drug substance and the drug product for scale up, clinical and supplies. He/She will also coordinate and participate in the audit and implementation of regulatory requirements at the contract manufacturing facilities. This position requires full participation in projects and communication with collaborators. Other responsibilities: o Managing process development for new and existing drug products and the technology transfer for and drug product manufacturing. o Ensure the availability of raw material and supplies of the container/closure at contractor sites and the timely production of the and drug product. o Conduct or coordinate quality and technical audits of manufacturing facilities. o Management of the communication between and other departments at o To manage and write the manufacturing process, flowcharts and related regulatory documents including and o Such other assignments as the immediate supervisor will assign.
