Job Description: All qualified candidates MUST have the following: 3 plus years experience managing a group of 7 plus employees in a manufacturing environment. Must be familiar with AutoCAD or similar 2D or 3D software package. Candidate must have both electrical and mechanical experience. BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education (mechanical engineering) and electrical experience Not required but would be a plus: Previous experience working with motors or synchronous generators preferred. Experience in an Union environment. Candidate will serve as frontline supervisor for the test department in a unionized manufacturing facility. Oversee day-to-day operations including managing department output, productivity, inventory, customer service, safety and the manufacturing process.
