Job Description:
Powder Media Operations team members to formulate engineering solutions and customize their application. Overall responsibility will be to ensure that processes and projects are running efficiently and that deliverables are met on time. Primary Responsibilities: Create, maintain and communicate process metrics which includes definition and implementation of projects for process improvements. Develop specifications and justify projects in support of Powder Media Operations activities. Schedule, facilitate and supervise projects. Investigate process deviations and create and implement corrective action plans. Champion Lean 6 Sigma investigations and projects within the Powder Media Operations laboratory. Utilize technology (automated systems) to develop and incorporate evolutionary and revolutionary innovations and designs and technologies which lead to increased quaility and/or cost reductions through optimization of people, processes, raw materials and capital assets.
