Job Description:
Manage all production control activities regarding production scheduling. Takes full ownership of the demand in the JDE ERP system. 2. Work with the Business Unit Managers on capacity planning information and create a plan to most efficiently and effectively execute the Master Production schedule. 3. Accountable to manage annual operating budgets. 4. Coordinate with Engineering on Specials and ECNs in order to proactively address long lead time items. Address critical path items in order to maintain continuity of supply and execution of the Master Production schedule. 5. Responsible for the motivation and development of personnel within your organization to ensure professional growth of all employees. Completes annual succession planning to identify and develop high potential employees. 6. Ensure the highest level of integrity within the organization following established policies and legal guidelines concerning ethical relationships. Recommends and develops improvements to policies and procedures as required.
